AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand the following:

Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation does not provide participants, vehicle owners, vendors, exhibitors, or attendees with medical insurance, health insurance, or medical treatment for injuries, illnesses, or other conditions arising from participation in the Car Show & Pumpkin Patch/Fall Festival.
I voluntarily choose to participate in the event and understand that participation may involve risks associated with vehicles, crowds, outdoor activities, uneven surfaces, displays, equipment, weather conditions, and other activities normally associated with community events and car shows.
I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and event partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Car Show & Pumpkin Patch/Fall Festival, including claims involving death, personal injury, illness, or property damage, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This release includes claims arising from the active or passive negligence of the released parties or from defective or hazardous conditions involving property, grounds, facilities, or equipment used in connection with the event, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Vehicle owners and participants are responsible for their own vehicles, displays, equipment, merchandise, and personal property. Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation is not responsible for loss, theft, vandalism, or damage to vehicles or personal property during the event.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Agreement and Release of Liability and voluntarily agree to its terms. If I am completing this registration on behalf of other members of my party, I certify that I am authorized to provide the information submitted and acknowledge the applicable event rules on their behalf.

I further certify that all information provided in connection with my application or registration is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, safety requirements, and instructions established by Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation and event management for the Car Show & Pumpkin Patch/Fall Festival.
