VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Pumpkin Patch & Fall Festival at The Market @ Town’s End
Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation
I, the undersigned Volunteer, acknowledge and understand the following:

Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation does not provide volunteers with medical insurance, health insurance, liability insurance, or medical treatment for injuries, illness, or conditions arising from volunteer service.
I voluntarily choose to participate as a volunteer in the Pumpkin Patch & Fall Festival at The Market @ Town’s End and related activities, including event setup, operation, activities, cleanup, and breakdown.
I understand that volunteering may involve physical activity, lifting, walking, working outdoors, interacting with the public, setting up or moving event equipment, and other activities normally associated with a community event.
I voluntarily assume responsibility for the ordinary risks associated with my participation.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation; Chet Hitt; The Market @ Town’s End; Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation's current and former board members, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, event organizers, sponsors, affiliates, and authorized representatives

from claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my volunteer participation in the Pumpkin Patch & Fall Festival.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims involving personal injury, illness, death, emotional distress, property damage, theft, or loss of personal property, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of a released party to the extent such a release is permitted by applicable law.

VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDUCT
I agree to:

Follow all instructions provided by Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation staff and authorized event leaders.
Follow all safety procedures and event rules.
Conduct myself professionally and respectfully.
Maintain a welcoming and family-friendly environment.
Treat participants, families, guests, vendors, staff, and fellow volunteers with dignity and respect.
Immediately report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or emergencies to an event supervisor.
Use event property and equipment responsibly.
Perform only those duties I have been assigned or authorized to perform.
I understand that failure to follow event rules, safety requirements, instructions, or standards of conduct may result in my removal from volunteer service.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings while volunteering.

Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation, Chet Hitt, The Market @ Town’s End, and their representatives are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property to the extent permitted by law.

PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation and The Market @ Town’s End permission to photograph, record, and otherwise capture my likeness, name, voice, and volunteer participation in photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other digital media ("Media").

I authorize the use of such Media for lawful organizational purposes, including:

Social media
Websites
Marketing and advertising
Printed publications
Fundraising materials
Educational materials
Event promotion
Future Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation promotional materials
I understand that I will not receive payment or other compensation for the authorized use of such Media.

I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished promotional materials and waive claims for royalties or compensation arising from the authorized use of the Media.

VOLUNTEERS UNDER 18
If I am under 18 years of age, I understand that a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to this Volunteer Agreement and Release of Liability.

The parent or legal guardian signing below acknowledges the volunteer's participation and agrees to the terms of this agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING THE PHOTO, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE.

By signing below or submitting this agreement electronically, I acknowledge that I understand its terms and voluntarily agree to them.
